This blog is to share information for other blogs, challenges, and possibly other helpful information. I'm a stamper, woodworker (only spoons), a Celiac ~ Gluten Free food only please! ~, a Professional Bull Rider (PBR) fan, and you might find me making an earring or two. So you might find tidbits on any of these things! I hope you enjoy your visit!

Inchies
Today's share are Inchies. I belong to The Stamping Queens ~ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Stamping_Queens/ ~ and we have added Inchies to our talents. I had thought, wow, what can you do with an inch of paper?!? Well, I gave it a try and it's become rather addicting and challenging to say the least. Give it a try!
Stamps vary from SU and Close to My Heart. A Sentiment pebble was used on the birthday balloon, left over 'brass' circles from sticker hinges were used on the purple flower, the apples and napkin in basket were paper pieced, stickles and a glitter pen add dimension, and the monsters have googly eyes. The fall inchies were spotlighted and colored with pencils. I used thin cardboard as a base for the inchies and a variety of paper scraps.
Enjoy!

Harvest Time
Hello there! It has been a busy couple weeks for us as you can see from today's picture. I also froze some grated zucchini to use at a later time. So stamping and crafting have taken a back seat for a bit! (Although I did manage to get all my swaps done and mailed out mid-month. I will share the inches I made - they are so darn cute! and addicting and challenging.) Salsa is a first for us this year and it turned out really good so we are happy with that. Also potatoes were a first and they grew rather well. Oh, since this picture was taken, we've made peach and apple preserves. Yummy!
Just a note to the blogs I'm following - it's a pleasure to see all the wonderful and awesome talent and yummy foods! Thanks for sharing.
Have a wonderful weekend,
judy
